IML Supports the live Leaders
Debates
We are delighted to share with you that last night an IML
product, ‘The Worm’, was used to track the opinions of voters
during the first live Leader’s Debate.
During the presentations from Gordon Brown, David Cameron and
Nick Clegg last night, a select group of undecided voters were
given an IML Communicator keypad and asked to rate the performances
of the party leaders whilst the debate was in full flow.
The Worm collates the opinions of an audience, whether large or
small, and displays them instantly on-screen as a dynamic ‘worm
graph’. This allows the event organiser to pin-point phrases and
words that encourage a particularly negative or positive response,
and ultimately calculates the success of what’s being
presented.
The Worm can be used at various types of events, from product
launches to large presentations and speeches. It has been used to
great acclaim for the election debates in Australia recently, and
was used during the 2009 party political conferences.
