IML gets results

As a leading provider of interactive voting technology, IML brings
meetings and conferences to life, turning passive audiences into
motivated, attentive, participating individuals, says Gert Vermaak,
managing director.
IML provides the means to turn important information into powerful
knowledge, enabling your business to maintain a critical edge over
its competitors. "We provide sophisticated voting technology
that offers a flexible, versatile and interactive approach to
communications, while being specifically tailored to meet your
unique requirements" says Mr Vermaak.
"The audience become participants, via the use of voting
keypads. The responses to any questions viewed on screen, can be
immediately answered. The software collects and stores these
responses individually. It then analyses the data and within
seconds displays the results on the screen for all to see," he
said.
The software runs in PowerPoint and the results can be exported
into Access or Excel for further analysis, negating the use of
paper.
He said what makes this information reliable is that "the
audience's responses are anonymous."
Rechélle Olivier, marketing manager, said: "The real time
two-way interactive environment allows delegates to contribute
actively as teams or individuals, making them feel involved, useful
and valued. This solution can be used at product launches,
conferences, strategy meetings, team-building exercises, meetings
and exhibitions."
Ms Olivier said the interactive voting technology generates
qualitative and quantitative feedback from your audience by
engaging them in effective discussion, empowering them to respond
immediately, and energising them to continue in further discussion,
debate and brainstorming.
"It's also a great solution for the ‘after lunch slump', as
it will get the audience interacting. This solution can also be
used to liven up a conference after a series of serious
discussions. We offer a fun quiz that does wonders in getting the
delegates going again. This fun quiz can also be used at year-end
functions." she said.
For over six years, IML has specialised in interactive voting
technology both locally and abroad and has enjoyed 80 percent
repeat business. They have 950 rental keypads in stock and can
source more if required.
IML has offered interactive solutions to some of the top
corporate companies in South Africa. Included among our blue chip
clients are ABSA, Investec, Pick ‘n Pay, Intel Corporation, SARS,
Ernst & Young and Discovery Health.
