IML's Interactive keypads used at Conferences and Meetings
Ellis Park Conference Centre
In 2008 Ellis Park Conference Centre
invited suppliers in the conferencing sector to showcase their
services to potential clients of the conference centre.
African Event Architects
In collaboration with African Event Architects, in
2008 IML formed part of their association to pitch for
association events that are held in South Africa.
ABSA
In 2006 ABSA
used our interactive keypads and enotes, our laptop based messaging service to
communicate with the Top 400 delegates with regards to the Employee
Opinion Survey that they did at that stage. What made this event
unique was that they had different regions sitting at different
tables and each table's specific survey results were loaded up on
that tables enotes machine.
ABSA used our interactive keypads at the 2004 ABSA
leadership to enable them to interact with the top leaders of the
country.
ABSA also did a round trip to all the
main regions to give feedback for the year.
This was used for ABSA Personal Finance
Department.
University of Pretoria
This was a research event in 2005 at the University
of Pretoria for a graduate's research script.
Investec
This was the set-up for Investec's annual
event. They used our technology for several ad-lib questions.
Investec in Africa event
ICE Solutions
ICE Solutions did an event showcase in Durban where the IML
keypads were used.
Enotes at Exhibition
5 of our laptop based
messaging system - enotes were placed around an exhibtion
hall at a medical conference, where visitors were asked for their
feedback. All data was sent to a control laptop at the back of the
room.

Conference Speakers International (CSI)
Speaker Showcase
This was a sponsorship for the Conference Speakers
International. They used our keypads to rate the speakers anonymously and hid
the results - only supplying it to the presenters afterwards as
feedback.
Deloitte
Deloitte used our interactive keypads to get the audience to give
feedback.
Federal Mogul 2007
This was for a high level interactive quiz where
the prize money was over R100 000! They sold tables to their
clients and all proceeds from table sales were given
to charity.
FNB
FNB used 6 IML
systems in total (one per team) to compete in FNB related
questions.
Hedgehog Event Showcase 2008
This was a sponsorship. The ladies of Hedgehog
Events provide training to event organisers on how to arrange a
successful event. They did a training day showcase and IML
sponsored the keypads for evaluation.
HR Africa Summit 2004
Rudy Giuliani used our interactive keypads
for feedback at the Human Resource Summit.
Institute of Insurance South Africa
2008
Standard interaction with the audience
at the IISA 2008 Conference.
Intel
Intel's
distributors were all invited to the Intel Channel Conference
(2005). We provided standard voting and an interactive quiz to keep the
distributors entertained throughout the conference.
Intel's Channel Conference 2006. Our interactive keypads
were used on stage and for the audience. Winning audience
members got a chance to compete for loads of prizes on stage
in the final.
IML interactive training day
A chance for our clients to come and see what our
technology can do. This picture was taken at our first ever
Interactive training day in 2009.
Institute of Risk Management South Africa 2005
In 2005 the Institute of Risk Management used
our keypads for standard
voting.
Jacaranda FM Your Question My
Question
This high profile interactive quiz' prize money was over R1
million and even included a car! Participants competed live on air
on the radio station during the course of the year. The top 40
finalists were invited to this event where they used IML's keypads. After each round
the lowest score dropped out to only leave a few people that are
still in the running for the prize.

This was for
the local revenue services internal event. They used our voting services.
